How should I store my craft beer after delivery?

To maintain maximum freshness and the intended flavor profile, we recommend storing all BrewDog beers upright in a cool, dark place, ideally a refrigerator set between 3°C and 7°C.

What is your shipping policy for alcoholic beverages?

We ship to most locations using specialized couriers. Please note that an adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery and provide valid photo identification.

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

The vast majority of our headliner beers, including Punk IPA and Hazy Jane, are vegan-friendly. We do not use isinglass; however, please check the specific product description for limited editions that may contain lactose or honey.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it is placed?

Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure freshness, there is a very small window for changes. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to modify your order.

What should I do if my bottles arrive damaged?

While we use reinforced packaging, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the broken items and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
